Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped 5-7 business days after order is received excluding weekends and holidays . Please allow additional time for orders submitted during the weekend or during holidays. 

If you do not receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, please contact hello@oliveandfigapothecary.com for a status update. Please note that USPS and UPS are also experiencing delays with delivery.

At this time we only ship within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped olive and fig apothecary is no longer responsible or liable. Olive and fig apothecary are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
